Client Portal & Account Security - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your client account. - You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security standards or attempt malicious exploitation. ### 3. Intellectual Property Rights - Unless expressly transferred under an individual Master Services Agreement (MSA), all intellectual property, trademarks, logos, system designs, and code architectures created by KKORINE (OPC) PVT. LTD. remain our exclusive property. - The company emblem, crown insignia, and "Idea • Innovate • Inspire" trademarks are legally protected. ### 4. Project Quotes & Support Retainers - Technical estimates and quotes issued via our portal or contact desk are advisory and finalized only upon formal execution of a Statement of Work (SOW). - SLA response times and engineering hours apply according to the specific tier contracted by the client. ### 5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall KKORINE (OPC) PVT. LTD., its directors, or its engineering team be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform misuse, third-party hosting outages, or unapproved client modifications. ### 6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar, India. ### 7.
